it was just rumoured i guess, what i heard was that there was 3 more eps of SAO then it goes into a new game called Alfheim Online.
so the 25eps could mean the whole thing together as 2 seasons maybe.

that's what i seen some ppl saying at least, maybe i should look deeper but i don't want to spoil the rest of the show so i haven't looked into it much.
