He's in rage mode can't even think straight. Don't expect him to cleverly fight, he's going to brute force it.

And you got to remember that the car got busted quite a lot, it's possible the door was partially seperated from the metal frame and it didn't take that much strenght to rip it off, although it did look cool.

car doors are designed to be easily opened. it some cases when a car is busted,
the car door is even harder to open because it caved into the car while the frame of the car trap in from the outside.
