4th uses seals on special chakara receiving knives,

Tobi is able to use space / time with no hand signs or seals

its obv there is a huge difrence in power

no i clearly ment tobi and madara, since there the same and i posted proof



its obv madara... obito wasnt old enough to know about anything tobi knows about

+ they only showed 1 eye having sharingan on tobi, he didnt show his other eye.. theres probly sharingan there too
