all i know is Tobi is an eye collector  i wouldn't be surprised if he collected obitos eye, he has mass eyes on the wall  id bet he has been stalking uchia for years killing them and taking there eyes,  i bet most of the uchia he killed have been listed as MIA  or he simply watches the battle field and waits for a uchia to be killed,  But hey he could of collected all of them during the Uchia massacre its obv danzou took some from that also.  And i think it was implied tobi had some sort of relation to danzou but i dont recall for sure

and the wall looks like it continues  but we can visable see  13 in a row and 8 rows  = 104 eyes he has collected  "visually"    he prob was more
