Just like Evangelion's last few eps, its a big WTF

I adored Monster. It's in my top five animes easily. Possibly top three. Had me crying a coupla times and I love Kenzou Tenma.

Ghost in the Shell - S1 , was quite enjoyable and really tricked me at the end when I was like omg there's no way it can end like this , 8/10 overall and I normally don't like anything to do with futuristic/advanced type technology but I look forward to S2

Watched Dusk Maiden of Amnesia (Tasogare Otome x Amnesia) over the weekend. It was very good. It is pretty much exactly what I want in an anime. An emotional love story where it doesn't come about easily. It even had plenty of horror elements and I'm a big fan of horror.
I admittedly had to hold back some man tears at one point.

I really enjoy the OP for it too. I never skipped it.

Recently watched everything the world of anime has ever seen of Higurashi

I really liked Season 1, it totally hooked me.
Season 2 was even more awesome with all those answers.
Nekogoroshi-hen, was meh, entertaining but nothing special.
Rei was ok, the 3 episode arch was better than I expected but the other two episodes brought down the overall impression.
Kira was crap, aside from a few things, it was a real letdown, pointless fanservice all over the place.
Ura Higu... honestly, I understood most of the jokes but I only laughed like 2 or 3 times during the whole thing, I was expecting much better.

didnt like it initially, but after they got serious it became pretty enjoyable. last ep was great, wouldve preferred her disappearing forever tho

Yeah, it would have been a more meaningful ending if she did. Now it leaves me asking the questions I'm not supposed to ask.
Like what happens as he gets old.
