Superman holding a black hole (and breaking all the laws of physics in the process). He has powers ranging from super speed (far beyond light speed) and strength, to super ventriloquism (not kidding ~~)

To be fair DBZ power ratings don't make sense either, especially when you look at master Roshi blowing up the moon with an extremely small power level.

Goku's power level in kaioken x10 ~ 30-40k
Goku's power level in ss1 ~ 1 million

Yeah, i lost hope in power levels at that point.
