The last line might of confused you guys, but when he said it's cold, and she replies Spring has begun, I can't remember exact details, but that was interpreted by Oreki that she knows / accepts he loves her.

I think. Some green text post a few days ago said something along those lines.
I mean come on, that line is odd.
