i just thought of something, would kono's father be old enough to have SPOILER ALERT conspired with madara? he seems to have been aware that he would be revived, but not in the manner he was? the 3rd was pretty old but madara's supposed death wwas like 80 years before the present right

You know I'm not sure but I think he may have found a way to communicate with him since Tobi has mastered space-time jutsu whose to say he can't send his chakra back in time (as a spirit per say) to speak with madara.

There is also the possibly (more likely) that Madara didn't die during the battle and lived long enough to speak with Tobi. I mean The first hokage was Hiruzen's teacher and he was his team leader.

true. though the latter is unlikely unless it was done with genjutsu, which i suppose is possible. i think if he could send his chakra through time he wouldnt be able to lose the fight he has coming up (we know he'll lose eventually). it would take a real stupid guy to fall into a trap you see coming, and tobi isnt stupid, just stuck up

Yeah the hairstyle and color certainly works. And the space-time ninjutsu is definitely another major part of Tobi's real identity
