yet English Alphabet only being 27 letter and Japanese being like i forget but i know its between 40-100 so you can't say dubs are better when Japanese has a wider range ( same can be said with chinese,Korean etc... )
English is by far the simplest language on the planet, thats why many ppl adopt it as a second language since its so easy to learn both how to speak it but also how to read/write it thanks to its simplicity.
but when it comes to dubbing it totally ruins the feel not only because VA's get the emotion wrong or have gay voices but how the like to switch words around and rewrite the fucking script.
hmm I would not say English is the simplest language on the planet.. in fact I am told its one of the hardest to fully understand, at least when it comes to reading / writing it.. just because of the stupid way the vowels work, random silent letters and things like tion and ing making sounds that do not sound anything like the way it is written.. it is easy for us because we grew up on it.. but the English language has a lot of stupid rules and is actually quite complexed

Irrelevant to how many letters Japanese has, English has more words.
I've never heard a bad voice in dubbing, they all sound fine and fit their character IMO
The ONLY voice I didn't like (because it was a different actor) was Shigeru Aoba from the REBUILD of Evangelion, they replaced his nice voice with a brutal black man who doesn't fit the voice/role at all.
go watch Shakugan no Shana dubbed... it is a atrocity.
