Sasuke hasn't actually hurt any one from the Leaf yet "besides danzou" i mean if he pops up and kills the young ninja academy students obv he aint coming back, but his crimes so far are defecting in general and attacking another village
danzou committed several crimes and i think his death will be pushed under the carpet
