he leads a team of clones almost every fight...

the only reason he hasnt lead a team is because there building on the plot instead of doing gay missions like before, he probly has tons of leadership skills they just havnt wrote em down yet

naruto has no leadership skills, period he sent 2 years in the country with a old man naruto posses many other good qualities but being a leader isnt one of them, not yet the 5th has at least 5-10 years in her before she passes on the title naruto could develop the leadership skills in that time period. but atm he dosent have them

and controlling shadow clones compared to real human lives isnt a comparison if a shadow clone dies it just goes puff but a real human life on the other hand is a bit more serious
