well, sakura has said that doing that fast recovery stuff is hard for his body
but she also said that the rasen shuriken w/e would make him unable to use chakra again

so can't really decide which 1 is the worse for him

True but, well , I probably missed the fact that he can't use chakra anymore if he uses it, I thought they more emphasized how he wouldn't be able to use his arm again or something and it impacts his life span etc. Idk that was a long time ago, that epi's how old, since we only get 1 new one per week.
