Actually both, some parts are nonsense, just there to make it seem like it's deep and other parts are of masterpiece quality.

Yumekui Merry was pretty bad
First 2-3 eps were interesting but then it went downhill. Last few eps were so annoyingly bad it was a chore to finish them

I think they let an unemployed philosophy major write the script for the last two episodes.

I felt they insulted the spectators a bit - essentially taking most of the 40 minutes airtime to explain the state of mind of the main characters, the whole thing could've been consended in 5 minutes or less. I would wager a lot of kids watched the show, so maybe an ending like that was necessary.

Just finished Guilty Crown .. it was a pretty good anime honestly. But the ending is fucking horrid.

I'm tired of sacrifices from the WRONG people :l it happened twice in there, and I don't like getting too sad. I like/hate plot twists but fuck

glad I started gintama it's not the normal style of anime I watch but it is still very good

on ep 47 going at it slow around 4-5 eps a day at tops but nice and easy is the best way to enjoy a anime like this imo

a huge awesome point is gin is cool as fuck and the vice chief is played by the voice actor of zoro who is also cool as fuck

just lots of cool as fuck kind of people

Really interesting, never got boring or tedious.
Ending felt a little sudden, wish there was another season

Yeah, just finished it last week as well. I liked it even more than you did and gave it 9/10 + a possibly permanent spot among my top 5.
Expected it to end without anything really happening so the lack of a climax didn't bother me. It would certainly be sad not to get another season though since it'd work so smoothly.

Don't think I've ever been more relaxed when watching an anime. Those sweet tunes in the OST, holy shit.
