Nobody was stronger than naruto before or after the fox training, he had the fox because he got sage training that probably should have taken years over night.

Yamato would be a toss up, but kakashi for sure now that he has his mangekyo.

He didn't barely beat kisame he had to rush to save his team thus the insta-6 gates.  Granted Kisame is stronger, that isn't an accurate comparison.
