he was semi trained by rukia, then lost his "powers" which in reality makes no sense if u think about it.
then he was trained by urahara to get his "real powers" back because he was originally half shinigami or some shit. and what he didnt know was that he was given vaizard powers
so urahara trains the fuck out of him, he goes to soul society gets all these fights set up by aizen.. theres more training for him.
then he meets yoruichi who shows him how to achieve bankai with that styrofoam cutouts that turn into zangetsu, so he was trained by yoruichi and his own sword.
then he goes n fights more people that were set up by aizen.
he also trained with vaizards for a while
ON TOP OF ALL THIS
his dad was a beast to begin with

his dad didnt train him
he just set it up while ichigo found himself inside his head
and he wasnt even training with the vaizards he just went hollow crazy and awoken himself
even then these dont even count cause they werent trainings to make him stronger they were just trainings to increase the duration of the power
he died to kenpachi
oh train in shinigami heaven, wake up and bam powerful
almost die to byakuya
oh unleash hollow form out of nowhere
gets rid of hollow form and goes back to fighting power
dies to ulquiorra
unleash an even more powerful hollow form
not to mention you literally have a 1% chance of actually dying in this series if ur a good guy
