no but on the power lvl scale
aizen and his commanders were suppose to be the most powerful

yet now in the series there was easily someone else just as powerful introduced in 2 chapters

now ichigo has to go super saiyan 4
grow tails and fur ofc

all animes are same. When main chars are overpowered, they need better opponents.

Like naruto -> first was orochimaru, then akatsuki and now finally madara.
Like DBZ -> goku defeated the strongest in universe freeza, but after him there were stronger -> super androids, cell, ubuu ... and cooler ^^

but u ignore the fact there were multiple universes in dbz
and frieza was the strongest in THAT universe
while aizen was just strong overall in the whole series
