I agree, I don't like how weak Smoker is, But i think i can understand it. I think you are extremely underating virgo, Virgo is fucking stronk as fuck. He is probably physically stronger then most characters maybe even doffy himself, but he doesn't have a devilfruit, and he got whooped by Law who did have an OP devil fruit.

Smoker isn't that weak, he did lose almost all his fights, but they were versus Law (op), Doffy (possibly more OP), and he got pwnt by Virgo, who is doffys right handman.

I can see your point.. fighting Law is quite tricky, he has a quite a nice DF. Vergo its just about HAKI enhancements (and Vergo is the only one we saw being able to use it on hes entire body). And doffy.. once you know about the strings shouldn't be that hard

zoro > smoker

smoker's df is like the weakest logia. it offers no offensive abilities (like that of fire, lightning, ice, magma, light, etc.) and it seems to only be it's fluid like properties and immune to ppl without haki and that's all it offers
