No matter how dire the situation or how little time there is shounen always find time for 5 minute lectures. A good author could say all that crap with the meaning in tact without taking a whole chapter.

They COULD, but they usually don't, especially in a shounen manga.

But when pain finally died, and tsunade got hospitalized, danzo was chosen as the sixth hokage, i would google the page, but eh.

i think im the only one that isnt enjoying this whole naruto and mom thing

it was alright at first but didn't need 3-4 weeks of it

he wasn't actually officially made the hokage. He was just "hokage" for the time being because someone was needed for the kage summit. They later decided to make kakashi
the 6th hokage, but tsunade woke up right before this happened
