can any one more informed about this manga or who has payed more attention to small detail then me please tell me if the new azien look a like has been mentioned before ? or is he a 100% complete new character to the manga the way it was drawn and such it felt like his name was something ichi should remember

I think he's some old enemy of ichigo father or urahara, i bet we finaly gona see ichigo father past.
