Yeah he probably doesn't have any hollow powers right now as it is, but if he ever regains these powers again it is possible to see his hollow come back again, don't you think? :)

fullbring and shinigami isn't the same :D

but yes if he get his shinigami power then he will have the same sword Zangetsu so his hollow is also part of Zangetsu and he will be back

What the heck , I never saw this.. What episode?

Also I think rukia was there to help Ichigo get his powers back.
