I like the anime better personally. Same great drama, same great ending, way shorter.

Kind of off topic, but today I bought and read the novel Train Man, it was pretty good, definitely worth reading if you liked the manga versions (plus it has a neat format, the whole story is through a message board).

Oh I read that a while back. The biggest flaw was the ending imo. Btw I started GantZ today, and I'm on chapter 61.
