Try Hajime no Ippo (not as focused on the fighting as Baki, but it's one of the best shounen/sports anime's out there)

Might wanna try Tenjou Tenge.
I dropped it after about 10 eps though. It starts out good, but loses it's appeal imo.

Honestly Hajime No Ippo is one of the best anime i ever read and saw.
