where does it say that anywhere? proof with page# and chapter plz? because im sure there was nowhere where it said where/how/when rin died

Dont have any proofs but she died at the kyuubi attack. Cuz if she died between naruto and shippuden why we never saw Rin before ? She was a good friend of Kakashi no?
