Gintama ~ pure comedy / parody tons of episodes already and short arks w/ a little bit of high class action (slow progression thats not what this show is about)
Bakemonogatari ~ straight slico romance w/ some supernatural

Paranoia Agent ~ slice of life for those with questionable sanity
xxxHolic ~ funny hyperactive dude works at a shop and sees ghosts

along with a being a very easy way to keep up on what episodes and shows you've seen you can click on any show on the list and it will show you pictures of the show, synopsis, recommended similar shows to the one you clicked on, information about production and a host of other less important things

getting recommendations from peeps like us who watch far too much anime is somewhat effective
but when someone tells you all about a show it will never be as epic as if you just jump in to same thing you find on your own head first and i promise you if you get into anime you will end up coming across everything most other guys here will rec you all on your own
the problem with taking recommendations is that you may think you are getting a certain something when in actually you are getting something entirely different which could lead to disappointment in a show that you could have enjoyed but just watched under the wrong pretense feel me?

anywho idk why i'm acting like anyone wants my help with anything i guess i just needed to entertain myself
not like my convincing ever does any good anywho people seem to feel like they wanna make decisions "for themselves" when presented with necessary means of necessity
well this kept me entertained while i made a mix cd... everything from rancid to aphex twin, venetian snares to the cure, the rifles to BB king, cujo to boom boom satellites i actually managed to sneak in a song acquired from anime i'm gonna play for friends and laugh to myself thinking they have no idea of my secret and of of of course thom yorke made a couple appearances but what difference does it make noone will read this you people dont care [blows rail]

Are there anymore parts to clannad after ~After Story~?

If not I'm looking for a new anime...

Hanbu No Sora, Clannad, and Da capo are my favorites so far... Clannad is without a doubt the best I've seen.

Play the game. It expands on certain characters, and a character in the game , Kappei, is never even shown in the anime. Plus it's a totally different experience, and one that I feel is more personal, you playing as Tomoya instead of jsut watching him.
