I was thinking that, but then i realized, if it took the whole navy to take down just Whitebeard, there is no way luffy and law can take down doflamingo AND kaido, I think Kaido is already fighting Kid's alliance, X drake (i11 supernovas) is probably the inside man, unfortunately, luffy pissed off big mam so she's gonna join this somehow.. and then it's gonna be glorious.

iirc the original plan was for them to take down kaido

but law tricked luffy to thinking that

iirc his true intention was to defeat doflamingo in honor of his good friend corazon

proof of this is that doffy questioned laws methods and said that kaido wouldbe taken down doffy if law just did nothing

but law has bitter history with doffy and he feels that he must take vengeance by his own hands

so i wouldnt be suprised if big mam is the main target for strawhats and not kaido

I thought it was because Luffy basically fucked up the original plan to Law had to do it.

Law did trick Luffy, he even admitted to it and then basically tried to fight him already once and got his ass kicked and that's when he showed up in town with Law and then a few other things happened that I forget then the Corazon flash back.
Without Corazon, Law wouldn't exist.
I'm glad they did some background on Law.

I remember both plans that law has had so far (Punk Hazard/Dressrosa) Luffy screwed up basically. (They got Caeser but they were lucky they found him considering Luffy sent him flying)
Butttt I liked the fight scene so I didn't mind that he did.

I think it was because Law knew of his power and might have been slightly intimidated even if he didn't admit it.
If you're a kid and see someone be ruthless even if you become ruthless later on, the person you saw before you were will slightly screw with your head.
(not that Law is ruthless, just an example)
