Kubo ran out of ideas for bankai a long time ago because there's so many characters.
And that's exactly when bleach starting turning into dbz.

The same goes for the kidou that certain characters use.

tho maybe the main evil is not Aizen, but instead the Hogyuko.. maybe it materializes itself'n'shit.

ichigo still has his hollow powers, the final getsuga tenshou took away his soul reaper abilitys.
