Uryuu said that he felt reiatsu around Ichigo and Ichigo also used reiatsu to locate and hit the hollow that attacked his sister. Not sure if fullbring uses his reiatsu or the soul of the item he is using, or both.

it was strange Aura around Ichigo Ishida felt, and it's kinda reiatsu. Just wait it's getting much better

Does 1 episode = 1 chapter in the manga or is the anime a bit faster?
I watch and read both, but anyways his fullbring looks like it uses reiatsu.
Also, I find that guy with the "Time tells no lie" fullbring is stupid, the idea of a time fullbring is pretty cool but the way this guy uses it is completely stupid imo.
Just like the other girl's fullbring. (not the girl with dollhouse) *trying to avoid mentioning some spoilers*
