He has a crew.
It was stated when he was praising the wall with Luffy on it, he set out to sea and got a crew because of Luffy-senpai.
So that means another person to join Luffy Allied Pirates.

Not sure who the person would be to join though- I'm sure he'd join anyways and name someone else captain but I doubt Luffy would take him if that was the case since he's all about nakama.

Agreed, I always liked Sabo a lot and he looks so sweet now and how he has Ace's power as well.
I can't wait to see him duel it out with important people.

It'd be awesome if soon the admirals showed up and we got to see Luffy and his crew along with Sabo fighting with them.
I'm curious how Luffy would react to it as well considering the last time he saw them was when Ace died.

They I think explained some of it where he knew Luffy's dad, so I imagine he took him under his wing or whatever you want to call it.
They didn't give great detail though.

Oh, maybe they didn't.. It could have been non-canon. I forget sometimes.
It's probably non-canon though honestly.

I still want to see it even if it was included in small detail from before.
I hope we start to see more of Dragon and Sabo as well.

non-canon means it didn't happen in the original manga, like filler episodes are considered non-canon- all the movies, non-canon- video games, non-canon.

They probably have, I recall the part I saw Sabo was still young before everyone thought he died and they talked about the way things were with people and how others were treated.

as much as i'd want barto to join, i dont think he will cos all of the straw hat pirate members have a goal/sad past, and bart's goal.. is to be luffy's disciple.. so if he joins he completes his goal... = afk
& ya i remember luffy saying he wants 10 nakama (friends, u dont include urself), jimbei would be his 9th and the 10th IMO would be a girl without a devil fruit.
However not any introduced so far in this arc.. i thought rebecca would be until her goal was too derp.

Zoro was a pirate hunter never thought to be a pirate, Usopp was a liar who never did anything but now does things, Sanji said he'd never leave because he owed the old man so much, Nami hated pirates at first, Robin didn't want to even live, Franky didn't want to leave his crew, Chopper didn't trust humans

Brook is left out on that but his whole crew died and he lived a long time sooo there's that.
It seems like before they join as well, Luffy has to help them out a great deal.

this unless oda wants to do something compeltely surprising (which he has done in the past, with robin imo. he did a switch up from going from vivi as a crew mate to robin, and her past wasn't ever revealed until AFTER sky island, which is 2 arcs after she joined)

but yeah i have to agree that chances are probably slim. but i still want to believe that bartholomeu will have some impact for the crew sooner or later, even if he doesn't join

rebecca probably won't join. im guessing that she will stay with her dad kuros after all this is over
