I believe he said the amount of ppl in the beginning the the manga/anime, when he first got zoro iirc

Yeah, there is a lot of argument whether Luffy is counted in that 10 or not as well.

I think he fits the role of 'jester' quite well, or something along those lines.

Also, his ability obviously works wonders for the weaker crew members (like nami and usopp).

But there are just so many potential candidates...it is hard to say. It seems like Law would be possible, but I mean he has an entire crew still iirc.

I forgot if it was mentioned whether or not Bart has a crew.
