Yeah, basically what everyone thinks but he has used haki quite a bit before this in fishman arc and meaning that it just awakened shows that it's something that he had yet to use.
Got too tired after work and went home and crashed and at work again but if I have some time I'll post it.
It shouldn't be too hard to find if you want to anyways.

Everybody in the new world has to be able to use haki else it would just be logia killing off everyone.
