aizen: insolent fool , i dont need hougokio now , ive already transcended shinigami / hallows/ hougokio powers.

naruto gets trained by the legendary ninjas/frogs that are on the same level as the opposing enemy and he has a process to it
not to mention the special unique fox aura that no other characters in the manga has to help them with progress
same goes to sasuke
ichigo has nothing unique or special given to him
ichigo rarely RARELY gets trained and its by someone who is WEAKER than the opposing enemy and somehow he comes out 10x stronger than the enemy
and sometimes he just evolves on the spot and gets 100x stronger
