basically shiki the lion has an army of monstrous animals, kind of like the ones from impel down.
and nami gets kidnapped or leaves, im not sure and the crew goes and gets her back.

but i dont know the whole reason and story because i havent seen it yet, but this is base from chapter 0 the two episode dealing with boss and shiki and the trailer.

boss is a giant beetle of shikis that escaped and you have to watch it to understand.
