My prediction as to what happens:

Aizen and Ichigo duke it out. The "true power" of the stone-jigger-ma-thing inside of Aizen is yet to be discovered, so that's left to come.

Anyways, in the end of things Aizen will either die or be put in some sort of retreated or dormant state. Ichigo will somehow lose his powers, or somehow revert back to being relatively powerless... or in some sort of state of limitation which allows the writer to play around with something that doesn't move at 10000 times the speed of light.

The other captains will be busy doing their thing rebuilding, patrolling, retraining, bla, bla blah... "we are too busy, it is your task to do this or that Ichigo"... Ichigo will be left with some sort of task.

And there we go. He can regain some lost power. But this time he's going to have some sort of capabilities that are even cooler. He'll just be weaker so the manga has an excuse as to why he is struggling in future fights.

Yeh I figure it'll be relatively close to that.

Or maybe it'll be something like the stone requires the Gotei to relinquish their powers or give up a ton of something... idk... something stupid.

They're going to have to revert powers backward to gauge the story to a more manageable level.

your prediction was silly, from the lack of effort over the past months showing in each new chapter im thinking the author is going to rap it up soon i think he is getting tired of writing bleach and wants to move onto a new project

Possibly. However, if Bleach does continue, there's no way they're going to continue the power progression from where they're currently at.

I'd like to see a whole new Bleach series, with well thought-out characters set out in the very near future. Say 5 years down the road. Everyone dies tragically, THE-END sort of thing. Some characters will live of course. But Ichigo dies, and other key characters die to make it climactic.

Fastforward 5 years, we begin the new Bleach saga. New main character and all that. He nostalgically meets past characters along the way, bla bla bla... Masterpiece.

although i do like your prediction, it would be cool to see that happen.

It's already DBZ, Naruto, and other bs. It's alright the epitome of BS being relayed back to us. So it can't get worse.
