1) Pein did say he wanted to create a world without war.
However, he intends to do this by creating a monopoly on war.
He plans to collect all the bijuu together so he can create the ultimate technique which can destroy a whole country in one go, thereby making the ninja villages redundant and leaving Akatsuki as the only superpower in the world.
2) Naruto has an abnormal amount of chakra
If I remember correctly I think Kakashi said that even without the nine-tails he has either 3 or 10 times more chakra than Kakashi himself.
However with the nine-tails he has about 100 or 1000 times more.
Something along those lines, I can't remember exactly but you get the point.

Currently Pein is heading towards Konoha after Naruto, I believe whats left of Akatsuki will tag along why not? I think that this will be the last conflict in the manga from my prospective. I suspect alot of friends are gonna die in the next few chapters, and I mean real characters. Sasuke and Naruto will hopefully have one more battle but I wonder how that power that itachi gave naruto will help with the situation. Anyone else confused on why Jiraiya went to them if they had freaking plans on coming to Konoha in the first place? I mean they know they have Naruto a future target why didn't Jiraiya stay behind with Naruto, just seems like a unjust sacrifice unless this code tells a mass weakness or something. Sasuke on the other hand has itachi's abilities? and his new eye technique for sure. I'm sure Sasuke has the better hand on Naruto but then again its debatable I'm sure they both are equal in some ways due to them being the apprentices of two of the great sannin.
Honestly I think once Madara gets there he will target Tsnuade, Sasuke will aim for elders just as he planned with Naruto constantly up his ass. I'm so eager to see these next past chapters if my theory is right and the next 10 chapters wont be lost on this fucking code like it was with the Uchiha bullshit.

eve IF he stays behind and wait, how would the survive without knowing there enemy?
so like all the other Old people and Hokage, sacrifice is crucial for the survival of the next Generation
in this case, sacrifice for Naruto's survival and to be able to defeat Pain (hopefully)
I spell Pein's name to Pain because it fits him more, cuz he causes Pain to alot of people
