How does having the ability to hypnotize make someone a coward? Every good shinigami has a special power, just because Aizen's power is better than most doesn't make him a coward... That's just your completely biased illogical opinion.
And saying that Aizen is a coward is probably one the stupidest things you possibly could say seeing as it's mentioned that the reason the Arrancar follow him in the first place is because HE HAS NO FEAR.
Also, hypothetically if you were dumb enough to call Aizen a coward (which makes absolutely no sense btw), who cares how powerful cowards "usually" are? Aizen is one of THE strongest people in the Bleach universe. Period. He stopped Ichigo's bankai with a finger, he commands all the Arrancar with complete dominance, his spiritual energy alone was enough to subdue Grimmjow, and he's taken care of multiple captain level opponents without breaking a sweat or using his bankai (not to mention it's implied he's reached the limit of power in every form of shinigami combat).
I don't get what your point was saying that "cowards usually aren't powerful", because even if you were dumb enough to consider him a coward, you would have to be even MORE stupid to not consider him powerful.
