It's odd, if it was just the will of D doffy hated then why has he not shown any anger or tried to target the D members prior to this arc?

Mmmmm if I remember correctly, doffy tried to kill luffy in the war on marineford but was stopped by others.
He also used his celestial dragon's privilege many times. Such as killing mori (the undead guy), he mightve used his shit to kill ohana by ordering the guy to use buster call and killing saul? speculations since the ice admiral killed his friend for the government
