I'd argue against the captain allies. Luffy could knock out the V-admirals pretty easy. He may also have a shot against Ivan & Jimbei. Especially if his crew were in danger.

But hey, you forgot smoker =P

smoker is a captain, and no luffy couldnt beat any of the listed, jimbei and ivan have control over haki, as does the vice admirals, the captains devil fruits are too strong for luffy, especially since he's an idiot,


and the allied captains of whitebeard are all WAY stronger than luffy, they're on jimbei's level

Am I mistaken that the giant whom luffy 1 hit KO'd was a vice admiral? The scene where white beard realized luffy's significance.

I would also say that Whitebeard, Marco, Jozu, Ace, and Vista are the only whitebeard pirates who could probably guarantee defeating luffy. The rest I honestly feel like are possible.

i believe luffy caught him off guard? and used his strongest attack? i'm to assume he was on the weaker side as well considering smoker is a captain and destroys luffy, and that garp is a vice admiral and can kill luffy easily(even aokiji is afraid of garp)

das bones could most likely beat luffy just because of fruit powers

and all vice admirals can use haki so pretty much that's luffy's limit

wtf haki is common? i thought only a handful of people in the op world can use it

the kings will is the rare one, but every living thing has haki ALL vice admirals are trained to use it(idk if this has been explained in the anime so ima stop)

Id say whitebeard commanders are the same lvl as the vice admirals
but nowhere near admiral lvl
only commanders from whitebeard thats the closest to admiral would probably be only marco and ace
id also say luffy wouldnt beat an vice admiral as easy as everyone thinks
