the search for the 7th goes on for fucking ever (much further than the barrier part), like damn.
it's a constant back and forth fight of who is the 7th, with even other stuff being thrown in to complicate things.

it's funny when you find out who it actually was though.

Writer seemed like a 15 year old girl, making things extremely complex as you get further into seasons. Started out with a solid idea, never let go of it, and forgot what the fuck was happening. Then created 50 plot holes. And then the ultimate twist is garbage. Don't forget everyone is the 7th.

It's 6 seasons, and someone already posted who the 7th(there will be many more) is in this thread. Hint: It's the most obvious fucking one, by saying this we're taking the anime route and they ALWAYS, ALWAAYYSSS go with the one who's least expected.

And once you find out, you'll question so much about all of the other episodes and the stupidity of the show making absolute zero sense.

The one that's least expect is kind of subjective.
You could say the main character is least expected by the observer but he's really not in a lot of ways due to expected plot twists.
You could say Hans is least expected because he had a chance to kill and did not.
You could say Fremy is least expected because she of how expected she actually is to possibly be the 7th.

All depends how you think about it.

It couldn't be Fremy because she's had multiple chances and is the heroine sob story. She saved him and what is an anime without unnecessary romances with countless cliches, x'd out.

It couldn't be bitch with the key, because she's the only logical choice and they portray her as the 7th. When an anime tries to make you believe something for over 2 episodes, there never fucking it. Case in point, cat dude. This also x's out hentai spewing stomach bitch because they made her character connected to key bitch. Hurr duurrrr I control you, for no reason or backstory. "she's scary" is as far as it goes for the strongest girl in the world.

Then with 30 seconds of thought, you would know who it was and when they did it after little thought. Randomly swinging her sword in the templ breaking important shit...? Putting your blood in when nobody said to do that? Once this happened, you already had red flags

If you think further into it, it makes even less sense. Literally none, since *spoiler* - Nashetania could have killed him long ago. In nearly every episode. Then once Chapter two began, it was blatantly fucking obvious that Adlet was the 7th(for whatever fucking reason)

Then add in some stupid plot conveniences, cut some of the loose ends and boom... you have a terrible anime.

Don't even get me started on how poorly Nashetania handled being the 7th, she could have easily killed Adlet over 2,000 times and/or had him killed.
