i would like to hear your reasoning (not a challenge, I just wanna know what you know )!

Well Tobirama Senju and Hashirama Senju were his teachers. He fathered 2 sons Asuma and an unnamed male (konohamaru's father) you really never know much about kono's father at all. Just as Sasuke was named after Sasuke Sarutobi a lot of people (including myself) think Hiruzen's son was named after Tobirama so his name would be Tobirama Sarutobi (tobi from 2 parts of his name). The hair style fits the Sarutobi lineage (i know its just a hairstyle). But based on the mystery of Kono's father, name tobi being relevant to the clan, and the silly hairstyle I believe this. Not to mention the clans amazing abilities to control chakra at young ages. Kono learned the rasengan very young. Hiruzen has been referred to as "The God of Shinobi" which kind of brings my mind to the Sot6P. Now it's all speculation but (that's not all my research and I refuse to post any spoilers) I feel very strongly Tobi is a member of the Sarutobi Clan.


Then there is the fact that Tobi means jump in japanese and it could just refer to his jutsu. =\

mmm its certainly more than valid enough of an argument. but if he wasnt a part of an uchiha clan his right sharingan would be permanent, and therefore would drain chakra. wouldnt it have to be covered if that was the case? thats why i think it has to be an uchiha

Well thats why I stated the fact that Sarutobi's are able to master jutsu quickly. Also the only 3 people in the history of shinobi that are recorded users of Jikūkan Ninjutsu (space time ninjutsu) are Minato (we know he is dead his death has been confirmed numerous times not to mention he fought tobi) Tobirama Senju (Hiruzen's teacher who possibly was trained by Tobirama in this sinceh e was a "God of Shinobi" and possibly trained his son or atleast one of them) and Tobi himself.

Back to my first statement if they are able to master it then why would it drain chakra he would be able to sustain it like the uchiha's do

well the uchiha can turn it on and off. and i assume the eternal mangekyo doesnt drain chakra if its active but not being used. we havent seen tobi's MS yet

It is odd that that little creep konomaru is running around copying every ones jutsus w/o a sharingan but his 2 other friends are low shinobi

What if he mastered it enough, as a Sarutobi, to turn it on and off. But what really comes to mind is everytime we see Tobi, either of his eyes, in the latest episode you see both, they are both Sharigan and never anything else. He never turns it off like Kakashi and he has one eye covered (could possibly the one that has a MS ability). Not to mention in this last anime episode his eye (the normally covered one) glowed a strange red unlike his other eye which leads me to think he can't control the chakra in that eye like he can in his other (because of the jutsu that he perfected that made him blind, that no one else other then the Sot6P perfected [another reason I think he is a Sarutobi].
