Well for the past year it was because of his health. After he got hospitalized Jump has been giving him a week off every month or so. A few weeks ago was because of Golden Week. This time it seems it is related to his health again.

I don't mind all these breaks and I encourage he takes them as often as he needs to. I would rather he watches his health instead of being reckless and having a higher chance of health issues. I don't mind if it takes longer for the series to end (and for the chapters to come out) I can wait for it.

I have been following it recently... i noticed there had been too many break.

He is taking a break because he is getting a minor operation done. I dont mind the breaks as long as he takes care of himself and doesnt die.

This. I completely understand how people feel when it comes to the Games of Thrones book series. Totally hoping it's complete before author dies.

Sometimes I don't understand why they don't get their sons to help them, or give them the blueprints of the anime so they can finish it off if he ever passes away in any moment. That would have been me ofc.

That's because it's a manga and not a book. He wrote this manga with the ending already planned yes, but the story to get there not so much. The way One Piece is the story can change so much because of the climates on the Grand Line. Maybe as we inch closer to the ending he will let someone know what's up, but as of right now, he himself probably doesn't have the rest of the manga mapped out.
