Well, Bleach is actually a kid anime because from the very start you didn't see them loose anything and the manga is Hinamori splitted half by Gin.

Grimmjow arm got brought back, but she can't do it for the Captain Commander, Soi Fon, Wolf guy, big fat kido using mask wearing guy etc? Didn't Hitsugaya get badly wounded as well and he turned out fine, or maybe I'm just remembering the ice copy of himself getting chopped in half from somewhere. Her power can bring restore or erase anything that's what they said earlier in the anime pretty much so there is no way that she can't heal some arms/legs/etc especially when we seen her do it before

Don't forget that Inoue also healed that dead arrancar girl who only had the bottom part of her body left after Grimmjow blew the top part away with a cero.
