kind of got a silly question here, figured I'd ask here first..

Anyone play like TF2?

Ever try to make a custom spray?

Here's my dilemma...I'm trying to make a spray with a transparent background work for TF2....and the only formats it supports are JPEG/TGA/BMP/VTF

..and I'm pretty sure tga is the only one that can do a transparent background

So like any picture, I use the magic eraser and delete the background of the image stock I want to use...then I save it as a 32 bit TGA file. However Everytime I load it in steam, it has a white background..

Yet, I have another spray thats the same format, 32 bit TGA, that is transparent. Heres the thing though - when I open it in Photoshop, it doesn't appear as a transparent BG (with the blocks and what not) its kind of like a greyish brown background. But for some reason it shows up as transparent in steam.

I'm trying to figure out wtf I need to do to make my new image show up as transparent in steam.

Its bogglin the hell out of me...
