Which version is the most easy to learn?

They're pretty similar.
As long as you start with a version, and stick with it, you'll be fine with.

I'd say cs2 seems to be most common on deviant art and such.

They are but lots prefer cs2

if you are looking to use tuts and such go cs3 thats what most users on here use specially in the help/tut area
it seems like most tuts i come across are in cs3 but really they are so similar that a lot of things are the same across
i would go cs3 because well thats what i use lol
