C. that could be why hes weaker.. i mean come on now, he could have used izangi(once againi another huge stretch) to get out
D. i could be wrong, just what i believe as we speak..

in 2 panels kabuto makes fun of  tobi for being madara  or is a smart ass  and the secret ofc 

and the other obvious  same hair style same eye  etc, 

but it just dosent make sense some one as bad ass as itachi would  miss that  or the 4th.
