wouldent you put the strongest mother fucker around to keep peace and to govern and rule all the lower classes if you were king? then surround your self in the top notch death gods in your own personal squad? i would assume all suad 0 > captian commander in a "1v insert squad 0 number of members here " but on a individual level i would think the captain commander would take on any one in squad 0 1v1 no problem

the captain commander was also the strongest shinigami in the SS as he said, and he have been that over a 1000year or so because no one could replace him. But ye I guess he could take anyone 1on1
