I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. I thought everyone had a unique mangekyou ability.

Izanagi perhaps was just some infamous ability that Madara knew about.

It would make sense since everyone's sharingan is unique.

wtf does that mean?, but i think izangi one of the jutsu's that every MS user can use
such as genjutsu eye(i cant spell it), amaterasu, and susanoo
considering you need the first 2 to get susanoo.

quite the ability if someone else can use it.
