All you need to make storms is wind and the know-how knowledge. so that is all possible with a wind wind fruit.

Do we know that for a fact? It could be interpreted a few ways, I guess we'll find out how sabo feels about it when yet crank more chapters out

I'm just saying.... He blames himself and maybe he blames luffy too, because they were all supposed to have each others backs, just something to consider. But I feel like it would be unthinkable if sabo doesn't get the mera mera fruit, I really want to see how strong he is though
