The former Fairytail member, the old lady that lives in the Forest could be the Air Dragon that thought Wendy the Dragon Slayer Magic.
That could also means that all the Dragons have been Disguising themselves as Humans.
We might have already seen them as Human, Maybe not part of Fairytail but somewhere else.
