It's based on a true story apparently and the style of rushed drawing of the later hunter x hunter drawings were like that sadly it reminds me of it the story has nothing to do with it

First thing that I noticed when I saw pictures of Molester Man long time ago was that it was the same artist that did Onani Master Kurosawa
I was waiting to read it since it wasn't finished (translated) but they really finished it before 2013
