its not how much chakra, its how you use it?

ohh i was under the impression you thought he killed the 4 tailed beast with only 30%

and when did neji see naruto go 4 tails? i think never and also

in my honest opinion 4 tailed beast at max power would be stronger then the 9tails at only 4 tails cause u know naruto = half 9 tails power and 4 tails is less then half of that seeing he has 5 more to go

i think kisame is a beast dont get me wrong but i still think with out his sword 8tails would ez him

we can't judge powers by tails. I remember them saying the 1 tail was stronger than a few they had fought before. Sasori mentioned it to deidara right before they started fighting.

Honestly Kisame isn't much without his sword's ability. That water dome is probably his strongest technique and that would take a massive amount of chakra to summon which means all his extra chakra from his sword would be gone in just a few fights, and his shark powers would also be more or less gone. Also im pretty sure teh extra chakra is stored in his sword so he is back to norm w/o it.
